Your Privacy @ CleanCUP At CleanCUP we respect your privacy and, because we gather important information from our customers and site visitors, we are committed to protecting the confidentiality, security and use of details collected during the course of our contact or business with you. We want you to feel secure when you deal with us, so we have established this privacy policy to explain how we collect and use your information. CleanCUP has prepared its' policies and procedures in accordance with the Privacy Act 1998. Should our site contain any links to other websites, the visitor should be aware that privacy of information is their responsibility and should check the privacy policy of the link web site as CleanCUP is not responsible for privacy practices or content of such sites. What information does CleanCUP hold? We store your contact details on our system when you enquire via email, fax, mail or telephone. We may track visits to our website and may contact you regarding updates to our services, products or company. As CleanCUP offers a Referral Program through which a user or visitor may elect to inform a friend about our business, we ask for the referred person's name and initial contact details, usually an email address and telephone number. We do not sell information gathered to any third party. In order to provide relevant information and services to our customers and visitors we may require some or all of the following information: Your name, title, company, department, industry, contact details, postal and street address, internet address, length of time established, number of employees or prospective users or any other information about your company to ascertain the suitability of our products or services. When we do provide our products to you, we would gather financial and billing information to qualify prospective clients and to prevent delinquency of accounts. For all customers we keep records of accounts and transactions relating to accounts, as well as information which identifies you and/or your company and other information supplied during the course of business. We may use your information to efficiently manage and administer our services and to ensure our internal business operations are running smoothly and fulfill all legal requirements. What rights do CleanCUP have to disclose your personal information? We may disclose your information to: • Our external service providers that provide services to us on a confidential basis: e.g. computer support, insurance broker/company, installation organizations etc. • Government departments, law enforcement agencies or investigators (including Police) or debt collection agencies. • Liquidators, administrators or other persons appointed to administer your or your company's financial affairs. • Your alternate contact person or agents for any of the above. • We will not pass on the information you have given us to any other third party, unless they are supplying you with information, products or services on behalf of CleanCUP Pty Ltd.
